Faulty products
If you have received a faulty item, we will be happy to send out a replacement, please get in touch and we can get right on the case. We will need the faulty item back within 14 days so we can confirm the fault.
Incorrect item shipped
If you receive an incorrect item, please let us know right away so we can sort things out for you. Please get in touch with before sending any item back.
Changed your mind?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the products we sell, we are only able to offer refunds and returns on items that are faulty.
