Size guides

Finding the right fit makes all the difference. Use the charts below to help you choose the correct size before ordering.

If you’re between sizes or unsure, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.

Bra Band Size

Your band size provides most of the support, so it’s important to get this right.

How to measure your band size

  1. Measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust.
  2. Keep the tape measure level all the way around.
  3. Use the measurement to find your band size in the chart below.

Tip: The tape should feel firm but not tight.

Cup Size

Your cup size is determined by the difference between your bust and under-bust measurements.

How to measure your cup size

  1. Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
  2. Measure around your ribcage, directly under your bust.
  3. Subtract the under-bust measurement from your bust measurement.
  4. Use the difference to find your cup size in the chart below.

If you fall between two cup sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Bottom Size

Use the chart below to find your briefs or bottom size.

How to measure your bottom size

  1. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
  2. Keep the tape measure level and relaxed.
  3. Match your measurement to the size chart below.

If you prefer a more relaxed fit, or you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Fit Guidance

  • All measurements should be taken wearing minimal or no clothing
  • Measurements are a guide and fit can vary depending on style and fabric
  • If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually the best option
